Your horse is in top shape and the coat is always shiny – ok, unless your darling has taken a sand bath after washing… Only sometimes, the hooves cause problems. Either they are cracked and/or especially dry. Maybe your horse has also had to deal with thrush or mallow? You know that the hoofs need special attention and make sure that the stall and box are as dry and clean as possible. Read on for your individual care recommendation…

Here is our care recommendation:

The Hoof Balm is a unique combination of moisturizing ingredients and protective olive and mint oil. Massage the crown edge with the application brush. Your horse’s hoof will grow back healthy and elastic – cracks will soon be a thing of the past.

To prevent mallow, thrush and other diseases, shampoo the leg and the hoof (also the underside of the hoof) with cooling shampoo, rinse thoroughly and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. The essential mint oil contained in the cooling shampoo is said to have a disinfecting effect.

Then dust the hoof powder in the frog and fetlock bow. The hoof powder is 100% natural!  Fine rock powder acts like a multitude of microscopically small sponges – absorbs excess moisture and thus reliably protects against mallow and frog rot!
